{"id":18,"date":"2015-10-16T16:39:50","date_gmt":"2015-10-16T16:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pancalsa.com\/?p=18"},"modified":"2020-12-18T16:21:33","modified_gmt":"2020-12-18T16:21:33","slug":"magdalenas-caseras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pancalsa.com\/?p=18","title":{"rendered":"Magdalenas caseras"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry\">\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 o 4 huevos, depender\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>200 gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>250 gr de leche<\/li>\n<li>250 gr de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<li>375 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>2 sobres (dobles) de gasificante o 1 sobre de levadura qu\u00edmica.<\/li>\n<li>Az\u00facar para espolvorear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Batimos muy bien durante unos minutos los huevos con el az\u00facar, a\u00f1adimos la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, la leche y el aceite de oliva virgen extra y mezclamos todo. Por \u00faltimo incorporamos la harina mezclada con el gasificante. A m\u00ed me gusta dejar reposar esta mezcla una media hora.<\/p>\n<p>Vertemos la mezcla en papelillos de papel, dejando un dedo libre, espolvoreamos la superficie con az\u00facar e introducimos en el horno precalentado a 200\u00baC, bajamos la temperatura a 180\u00baC y horneamos unos 15 minutos.
